CEMIPS project is executed by University of Dar es Salaam Computing Centre (UCC) in  collaboration with Life Academy and  President Office Public Service Management (PO-PSM). The collaborating organizations will contribute to this project in various ways. Below are roles and responsibilities of each partner.

UCC will undertake the following:
• Project planning, initialization and resource mobilization
• Training needs assessment of Ministry, Departments & Agencies (MDAs)
• Curricula and training materials development
• Establishing the state of the art training facility 
• Delivery of the training programme 
• Oversee project implementation
• Project monitoring and evaluation

Life Academy of Sweden will participate in the following manner:
• Provide and share Swedish knowledge and experience in the area
• Provide expertise in the areas of curricula and training materials  development.
• Participate in the delivery of the developed training programme

President Office – Public Service Management (PO-PSM) will contribute the following:
• Co-sensitizing the project among MDAs
• Co-identifying the training needs of MDAs
• Co-identifying the staff to be trained from MDAs 
• Co-organizing dissemination conference at end of the project
• Co-overseeing the project implementation
