CEMIPS project intends to design and conduct training for ICT enabled transformation to government ministries, department and agencies (MDAs), in order to increase the awareness and competencies of effective use and management of ICT. The training is planned to be executed in collaboration with President’s Office – Public Service Management (PO-PSM) and fully meet the strategic ICT use and management related training needs in the public sector. It comprises three main components: Curriculum and content development, state of art ICT labs establishment and Awareness/Training delivery.
